b&j

ben & jerry's chocolate fudge brownie ice cream is soo. damn. good! too bad it costs a fortune over here. half a liter is about 50 kr (that's roughly 17 oz. and $8) and that seriously sucks. why is everything so expensive here? is it because we're suckers and actually pay for it? (yes, yes, i know you can explain some prices with higher taxes and better paid personnel, but 100 kr/l ice cream is NOT one of them.)

i'm cranky cos i had to walk home in the rain earlier and it was still hot so i got all sticky everywhere. i hate sticky. wet i can deal with, but sticky, no. arg!

you know, funny you mention that, i just bought a container of ben and jerry's on monday for 21kr ($3.50). yeah, it's slightly smaller than a half liter (.47 L to be exact), but i'll gladly take that slightly smaller container at half the price.

oops, was i bragging? my bad!

i would bring you some cheap B&Js when i visit, but i think it would turn into a nice soup by the time i got there...

you know what? i'm gonna try EVERY SINGLE ONE of their flavors when i make it out there, just because i can. then i'll probably cry rivers cos no one'll import the ones i'd like the most.

i never tasted b&j soup, is it any good? ;)
